Ok, so I went to Coatbridge to get some new walking boots (and a whole bunch of other tat I didn't need) but my card was declined (whoops overdraft :p). So on my way home I spotted a pets at home and went in to get some more litter and to have an obligatory look at the small animals.
Lo and behold, there in the adoption centre were two 3 to 4 month old boys looking for a new home. After getting the ok from Kateri I asked to have a look at them and was immediately won over.
Needless to say we now have 4 rats in the house (spread over 2 cages for the time being).
I suppose I'd better go back at some point to get some walking boots :)
"Are they for us? Can we eat them?"
